how do you get a six-pack without equipment eg dumbbells at the age of 13 years?

im 13 and i want to get a six-pack to show the bullies that im not a weak little nerd. Im too poor to afford equipment eg dumbbells and weights. I don’t have a six-pack but i hav a faint outline of a normal pack like nothing so i want to know how to get a six-pack without equipment at the age of 13 years of age?

    i do leg ups and six in inches, a leg up is when you put your legs straight and lift them 90 degrees and six inches is when you keep your legs straight and lift them 6 inches off the ground for a minute or so. do two sets of thos for a week and you’ll see a result.

    Plank exercise.
    Crunches.
    V sit.
    V sit twists.

    sit-ups and leg-ups
    just keep working until your abdominal muscles get stronger
    then move to harder workouts

    do 100 sit ups a day

    Umm I hope you like your height. If you work out too much at such a young age you’ll stay short. :)

    13 year olds are HARDLY developed.

    Make your own stuff like hang a bar from a ceiling or use like a ball or pillow.

    do sit ups, leg lifts (with legs less than 6 inches off ground), planks. It will take a couple of weeks too.

    Just make a routine of sit ups, ab crunches and leg raises
