How do you get a six pack really fast?
I have a flat stomach and i’v been doing like 50 bicycle crunches every night and when i flex really hard i can see like some abs but i want abs to show regularly like when im not flexing too.

just do crunches alot of them!!!
dehydrate before and drink water while you work out that way your muscle has more burn. do basic crunches. start off 50 1 minute break. another fifty 1 minute then another 50.. when you can do that no sweat.. move it up to three set of 100 .. remember too much water in your system will only make you sweat.. its not recomended by many but its fast and clean results,, once you get to your desired rips.. just do it 3 times a week but this time hydrate yourself normally
