How do you get a six pack fast?

OK so, I have a flat belly and if i flex my stomach muscles i can see a four pack but otherwise it just looks flat. How do I get a six pack fast and does my four pack when i flex mean that i am already getting results from my crunches?

    Yes, if your 4-pack is visible when you flex that means the crunches that you are doing are burning fat from over those muscles, therefore making them visible and paying off. I box, so I to do at least 200 bicycle crunches a day. Everyday. I guarantee you that if you do at least 200 crunches a day; you'll see results in no time. As you start, try 100 crunches then as your muscles get used to doing that repetitive motion, as the days progress you'll be able to do more. They will give you even quicker results towards your 6-pack goal.
