How do you get a flat stomach(ABS) without doing crunches?
I’m a skinny thing and very tall but would like to have some ABS around my stomach but, the problem is that I really don’t like to do crunches and I do excerise but nothing works. If anyone has any advice for me I would really love it Thanks so very much.

Ever try leg throws? They are much easier and effective. You lie on your back with your legs raised and someone stands over you and throws your legs down first in the middle then to the left then to the right. and then repeat. You can do it by yourself to. Crunches always hurt my back but leg throw did not and they gave me awesome abs.

What would really work is if you did plank and a hollow body hold thats where you hold you body up and it kinda makes a u shape. Hope this helps. =)
