How do you get a flat stomach or six pack fast (2-3 weeks)?

I only have 3 weeks max to get a flat stomach or six pack. I would rather have a six pack but a flat stomach is fine. I am not fat I only have a little fat on my stomach to lose. I am 15 and weigh 155. I ride my bike 8.5 miles everyday which takes an hour and I lift weights almost everyday or 3 days a week. I have been doing ab exercises for a few weeks but I was wondering if anyone knows how to speed the process up. ? please let me know. thanks!

    A six-pack is only achieved by nutrition. You have to be about 5% body fat in order to see a six pack. You must eat very healthy and do lots of ab exercises to get this. Sorry you won’t be able to do it in just a small amount of time.
