How do u get a six pack with out goin on a diet in a couple weeks?

I like this girl and we go to the same pool and i want my botty to look good so i need a six pack

    do 100 crunches and 100 pull ups every day, 5 days a week
    if u dont have fat right now then u should see results in 1 month.

    The common misconception in kids and adults alike is that you can get a 6 pack by busting your ass at the gym all the while not dieting. You can only see a 6 pack once you get rid of the fat around your midsection. Once that is gone, you will see definition. Workouts with weights and such will help you develop those muscles as well.

    So, basically: Dieting = fat loss. Fat loss = the potential to see your ab muscles.

    You can’t get a six pack in two weeks, with or without a diet. All the exercise in the world isn’t going to work in 2 weeks.

    You need to realise, girls think about more than whether you have a six pack, personality, intelligence, common sense, honesty, truth, caring, humour etc.
