How do u get a 6 pack?

Hi, im 15 and i really what a 6 pack. iv got a hard stomic but i have to tense the muscles in my stomic to just see a bit of a 6 pack.
can some one tell me what type of diet i have to go on, like what i have to eat more off and what weights to lift or some think like that and is there any tablets to power i need to take.

    every 1 has a sixpack its just the lair of fat on top….best to do maby 50 crunches a day to build it stronger and do asmuch running as possible to burn of the fat u shud see a diference in about 4-6 weeks

    work out. if you’re fat, do cardio to burn excess body weight before you start doing hard core abdominal workouts.

    you won’t need a diet… well… just try to avoid the fatty foods (oily foods in particular) 100 sittups a day is something i do as a routine, 50 in the day, 50 in the night. i try to do crunches, but i can just about do 40 in 1 go =(…

    sittups are more easier and faster to do though =)

    go to a gym, most of the machines should help you, I’m 14, went down in the summer and now I look better

    GO to the gym..(male gym)…….do crunches, sit ups, and whatever else

    Usually there are people in the gym who are friendly and will help you out…..

    Talk with some muscleheads etc………

    Join a bodybuilding forum like bodybuilding.com or whateveer it’s called, and post pictures, minus ur face, and other area…just show ur stomach or whatever and ask how you can improve it, and people there will tell u…

    Make sure ur parents give u permission to do that……ur only 15
