    obviously!
    ramadan is a must

but it is kind of challenging, some body builders quit gym for a month, untill its over…

Edit: Yh kinda agree with ibrahim

  • ??ra??? [GTR] says:

Well, physical training wouldn’t really interfere in fasting unless you overdo it and become tired to pray more to Allah in this holy month.

What I’m suggesting is that you continue it, but minimize it to the extent that you won’t famished with hunger and thirst, and get tired easily. After all, you have more to do when increasing your deeds in Ramadan

  • Hee Says, The Vigilant says:

    Fasting is compulsory.

  • Muhammad B says:

Muscle (Protein) is the bodies final resort to energy when starved from food (energy)

Notice why people who starve become skeletons. Keeping the Diet high in Fats (Stored Energy) after iftar and until Fajr, should do the trick.

A human body doesnt just turn to its muscle (protein) until it has NO source of energy, which doesnt happen in one day unless you are doing extreme excercise.

  • M says:

they go nocturnal. sleep during day, eat and work out at night.

  • Dhan Noon says:

Body building is not actually much. Each Ramadan, I partake in some sports activity and always find them easy to perform even while fasting.

Body building doesn’t require much breathing and water.

    Ramadan Mubarak!
