How do I turn my abdominal muscles to a flat stomach?
I do about 100 sit ups per night, including twisting ones for my sides and ones where I lift my legs and bum off the floor aswell as normal ones but I build muscle quite easily and now my tumy is sticking out in a kind of 6 pack! i’m a woman so it dosen’t look that great, i just wanted a flat stomach, how do I do it?

I have the same problem. A friend of mine (who had 3 kids) told me 1) Diet, 2) Cardio and 3) Ab workout. So I am upping my protein, lowering my carbs, upping my cardio, and I do crunches and leg lifts. I also try to hold in my tummy when working out. It is starting to work, but it takes time.
