How do I turn 35year old pooch into 6-pack abs?
Sence I have turned into my mid-thirtys I have developed a pooch in my mid section and dont like it at all. I have been skinny all my life and am skinny everywhere but the mid-section. Whats Up With That!?!?!

Very simple, but hard at the same time. Cut your food intake in half. No more fast food, lots of celary fruits and vegtables. You DO NOT have to do more then 30 sit-ups a day. BUT you do need to do AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardio a day, BREAK A SWEAT and stick to it and I PROMISE it will give you a flat stomach!
You have a 35-yr old dog? (seems mean, to work him that hard doesn’t it?)
To reduce the gut, and by the way.. a "pouch" is what women get, after having a CHILD so.. I’d either talk to more men in your life than women.. or, learn the venacular from here.. gut or belly would suffice (lol)… and your answer lies with.. ALL the sitting, driving, PC and TV you’re doing…
1) Don’t eat within 3 hours of sleeping
2) more water, less soda or anything with sugar & calories
3) try to do things around the house, less couch & PC
4) run, walk and treadmill
5) work out, sure, if you can
Eating habits, no coffee etc. are tough (Dunkin Donuts? bad)… if you’ve got a routine.. but it all comes down with SLOWLY changing what you’re doing.. and you’d be surprised at how you can shed 10-15 pounds right away.
