You can’t. What you just stated is physicly impossible. There is no possible way to turn fat into muscle. No possible way.

You need to get on a good, low fat, high protien diet. you need to be getting 1 gram of protien per pound of muscle on your body per day. Then you need to make sure you are eating low fat.
Then you should get about 30-60 mins of cardio a day also make sure you are going 30-45 mins of weight lifting a day. You would be suprized about how much weight will come off.

You have to lose body fat and gain muscle.

Also don’t even think about a 6 pack right now. Honestly put it out of your mind. That goal is really unrealistic at this point. It’s not impossible but right now it’s not a goal within sight and you might get too fustrated with it. A six-pack is 98% diet and 2% working out. a six-oack (unless you have one naturaly) it’s very VERY VERY VERY VERY hard to get. You have to lose ALLLL belly fat to have a six pack and that’s a hardcore, lifestyle change in diet.

First, you can’t make fat into muscle. You have to get rid of that fat first, then tone up what’s left.

for a start, fat cant be turned to muscle, ull need to lose the fat and gain the muscle, i suggest going for a 30 min run 2 times a week, eating more healthier, and doing abdominal based exercises, such as sit ups, jack knifes, wood chops, planks, (youtube them if u dont know what they are) , key is losing your body fat

First, you tone muscle and not fat. You lose fat and you need to have a low body fat if you want those 6-packs you see. You also need to up your lean protein intake and as others said, do situps and crunches.

intense core workouts and lots of running. pull ups also work too

    Cardio Cardio Cardio
    Always remember….
you can do thousands of crunches per day and you will never gain a six pack, you need to be doing at least 30 minutes of jogging, then do some exercises you feel you want to do.
