how do I lose weight and get abs?

i am going on vacation in a little less then a month. i rele want to wear a bikini but i wanna look good. does anyone know of good ways to lose weight prety fast for NO MONEY. i have nothing to spend on this. please only give me answers that you are somebody you know has done and it worked. thank you in advance

    Run, a lot. Cardio exercises burn fat and running will work your lower most 2 abs. Then Sit ups, Yes i know they hurt, but those will build your middle two abs. So that gives you a six pack in about 3 weeks (with Devotion). Then if you want your uppermost and have an eight pack, do some elevated bench press exercises.

    If you have no money then it should be easy. Work your abs everyday, Eat small meals several times a day, take in a good amount of protein, stay away from starch and white breads, and do not consume more than 1500 calories a day.

    Unfortunately getting abs is the hardest muscle to define. As it’s not so much about working out or anything, it’s about eating right and having the right genetics, you can get a slim tummy sure, but some people are just genetically predisposed to getting the six-pack. The best way to do it quick is to just start doing lots of situps and crunches exercises of that sort, cut out fat in your diet and start drinking lots of water, then about a week or two before you go to the beach or vacation, cut back a bit on the water and exercises, the water weight will make you look a bit puffy but doing the crunches should tone up the midsection enough that once you start releasing the built up water that that little bit of defintion will show, also doing the exercises the next day you may feel sore and find you are actually a bit larger, but don’t worry that’s normal the muscle is healing so more blood is there, making you look bigger, that’s why I say cut the exercising 2 weeks before as well. Unfortunately abs calves and glutes are the hardest muscles to define as they are the most stubborn of all muscles.
