How do i lose stomach fat and get a six pack?
Hi, i am 16 years old. After trying to eat healthily and do stomach exercises such as sit-ups and crunches for a few weeks, there seems to be no change. I would appreciate it if you could please provide some information on what to eat + what not to eat, and what exercises to do. Thanks John. W

It depends what your body is like right now…
First thing is, find out what your BMI (body mass index) is there’s many bmi calculators online.
Secondly if you’re overweight…
1. then do CARDIO / fat burning exercises, such as interval training.
2. combine weight training such as stomach crunches , and bench press, incline dumbell presses (For your chest, etc…) work on it slowly…
try and keep your diet as carb free and low fat as possible…
best thing is to have 6 meals a day but very small portions….
if you’re underweight then…
1. take nutritional supplements such as maximuscle promax or maximuscle cyclone (you can buy this at any gym/ health store) take once in the morning then once after exercise no more than 3 scoops a day.
soon you’ll get the results
