How do I loose weight and get a six pack fast?
Im about 5ft tall 135lbs and i need to know how to put of lots of weight and at the same time. I have a treadmill and a bunch of weights but there is no gym near my house. Also I kinda really suck and can’t do many exercises well.

Getting a six pack is extremely hard to achieve let alone losing weight. there is no easy way to do it sorry to say…only sweat, hard work, sacrafices and determination, but it all pays off well when u can be proud to whip off ur shirt at the beach
Your Diet:
start eating a "clean diet" a diet consisting of plenty of milk, cottage cheese in your later body building stage, eggs, nuts, salad and meat/fish such as chicken, pork or salmon. (salmon is especially good cause it has omega 3 and fish fatty asid: these are healthy asids)
All these foods are not always what we want to eat…but to achieve a six pack this should be your diet
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON’T EAT FRIED FOODS!!! no fried chicken or calamari just one serving of this can ruin a day of hard exercise stick to grilled, broiled or steamed food a good one is stir fry if you like chinese.
Your Exercise:
Don’t be too hard on yourself take it easy the first couple of days then work your way up the exercise ladder
First exercise:
Bicycle crunches…extremely useful
lay on your back and do a pedalling movement with your feet
wrap your hands around your head like in a normal sit up and touch your elbow to your knee do about 50 at a time then take a break
Second exercise:
the regular sit up about 30 at a time then take a break
Third exercise:
cardio: high jumps, high knee, butt kickers and JUMP ROPE
Fourth exercise:
push ups 10-20 at a time
Hints:
Every week, take a pic of urself with a cell phone and label it day one, day two etc. watch your progress increase and this will motivated you to keep going
Have six-five small meals a day breakfast should be the biggest meal
when at the computer, flex your stomach muscles after awhile u get used to it
if your younger and still in school, each time u finish a problem do 2 sets of 10 push ups and 2 sets of 50 bicycle crunches NO STOPPING
