How do I increase my abdominal muscles to get a six pack.?

I recently started forming the top 2 layers of my abs to where their viewable a little. Do I need to do different work outs to work the bottom layer? If so what are good routines to get a good shape and definition.

    HipHopAbs really helps. My friend has it and her lower abs look a lot better!!!! Cardio helps with anything as long as you work at it. Even when your sitting in the car sitting tighten your stomach and move forward and back. The tiniest things bring the littles results :)
