how do i get slender and beautiful calves and how do i tone my stomach to abs, not a sixpack,but abs?
well ritenow i hav thick calves and i wud really like 2 get them in shape. i rarely kno of exercises which targets dis area and i d ones i kno of, i’ve tried, and they don’t work.also, i’ve been doing crunches for a really really long time and i don’t see any abs forming.

for abs, do leg lifters.
leg lifters are an excerise that u lift your legs about 6 inches off the ground and hold it there. don’t use your hands to help you.
