How do i get real abs?
It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me
I dont need some way to get fake abs but how do i get real abs. Like what exercises can i do that will strengthen my upper body and also give me abs. Im skinny and stuff but yeah i just want to know.

Leg raises, cycles, ab crunches, reverse ab crunches, knee ups, sit ups. Some basic exercises. Would be better if you ran 30 mins a day.
I’m glad you understand that those machines they sell on TV don’t do crap.
If you are really serious, you should start with diet. Lamb or Rabbit meat provides lots of protein than conventional meats.(yes they do eat rabbits). Broccoli and potatoes are good also.
Exercise should be leg ups. Jog in place and try to get your knees as high up as your diaphragm.
standing vertically and lifting about 10lb dumbells in each hand will help your sides.
and finally old fashion pain, grab your left shoulder with your right hand and do the same with your left hand, lie on your back and do situps. Of course it will hurt but that is how its done
