How do i get great abs from home?
I’m a girl, i weigh about 133lbs and am 5′9. I’m skinny but i want abs, does anyone know any good workouts and how much i should do a day? I also have a couple of weights ranging from 5 to 15. And does anyone know what i should eat and how much a day?
