How do i get flatter abs in a week?

I just found out i have a audition in a week ( modeling) and i need to firm up and flatten my abs just a little bit. im not say get totally ripped and completely in shape ( that would be impossible ha!)
please help, thanks :)

    Not much you can do to sculpt abs in a week, but to flatten them it’s all about diet, you have to eat food that don’t bloat you or cause you to retain water. No salt, beer and sodium rich foods. Look up foods that have a trimming effect, there was a Yahoo article about this about 2 weeks ago. Good luck

    1.Run 30 min in the morning and evening every day
    2.Diet
    Breakfast: banana and water then go to run
    after u are finished 3 eggs whites boiled
    lunch: tuna or soy +salad(with olive oil)
    snack: fruits
    dinner: low fat milk 2 cup
    and drink fater often, no bread, no fats, no cookies, no alchocol
    3.go to bed and wake up every day at same time
