I swear by this for a flat stomach in a short period of time!!
First, do really good cardio for about 30 mins a day. And I’m not talking about the easy stuff like jump roping, but I mean stuff that really makes you break a good sweat were you need to turn a fan on!
And second, eat small but filling meals. Your stomach is about the size of your fist…but don’t starve yourself!!! small but SATISFYING meals will keep it flat. So like for breakfast try eggs and whole wheat toast or one serving of oatmeal. Lunch maybe a sandwich on pita bread, and dinner like a grilled chicken breat and a half cup of rice. Those are just examples so be creative!
Despite what you think, ab exercises are not the number one thing you need to do for flat abs. In fact, getting flat abs requires hard work, commitment and something else you have no control over: cooperative genes.
The only way to get flat abs is to lose body fat and you already know what that requires:
1. Regular cardio exercise
2. Strength Training for the ENTIRE BODY (treating the abs just like any other muscle in the body)
3. A healthy, low-calorie diet
running,crunches,and good eating habit…Keep in mind that a good eating habit will be the most effective,it was for me at least.

but you can improve a tinsy winsy bit in a week. do crunches in stead of curl ups and stay away from bread..beans…and rice.
Ok here it is Dont worry about doing those crunches and stuff! Eat heallthy lots of water and pop! Run every day and get out side often! good luck!
