How do I get a visible 6 pack abs?
Hi, Im Brian. Im 16 years old, attending high school and was seeking some advice on how to get some abs. Im 5.9 145 Ibs. I have a barely visible set of abs, as in I have to flex them and get the right light ratio to even see them there. Here is a basic day, as far as eating and exercise.
BREAKFEST
Usually saltine crackers, ritzbits, crackers in general
LUNCH
I get school lunch often (3-4 times a week)
DINNER
I eat a fruit/vegetable, piece of whole wheat bread, and whatever dinner might be, I dont eat until im stuffed though.
EXERCISE
I ride my bike casually (slowly) 1.5 miles apprx. to school every morning
I also drink a ton of milk, rarely soda, little water (maybe a few sips at school)
Im just looking to obtain 6 pack abs, Im very happy with my physical state and I am just trying to improve it. Thank you very much to all that take the time to read this and have made it this far. It is appreciated more than you know.

Biking does sh!t really.Just get out and run for a hour a day and cut down on any fatty foods you may be eating.Also you need to do some ab exercises.

You probably have a small amount of fat covering your abs, so you need to burn it off with running or doing circuit weight training either is good.
Six pack abs seem to be more of a nutrition issue than an exercise issue. Even as a girl, I have six pack abs, but have found the nutrition plan that works for me. Make sure you are getting enough protein and not too many carbs for your body type. P90X Ab Ripper 3X a week is a perfect workout, but works best with the whole training system.
Your body is made up of a lot of water therefore you need a lot of water to stay healthy. If you barely drink any water then you need to start because that is the best drink for your body. Maybe try and equal out the amount of water with the amount of milk you drink. Aerobics are the best thing you can do to get rid of stomach fat. I stick to a Japanese diet most of the time…which mean a lot of vegetables. I love vegetables
