How do I get a six pack in 2 months?

I am not fat but do have a little belly. I want to get rid of that belly and turn it into a six pack. What is the best way to do that. I am not into diets, I eat fairly healthy already. I want manly exercise tips.

    lots of exercise and eating right is key, burn off your belly then work on your abs.

    Don’t go to a gym/work out everyday .. your body needs time to relax, and just overnight won’t be enough.

    You need protien supplements too. I’d reccomend an APEX creatine supplement for before workouts, and Xplode protien supplement for after workouts. You also must get some cardio into your pre workout, and you have to work out your whole core to get a good six pack.

    I can only tell you that I personally noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly in vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also walk or bike for about one hour @ 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly. Grapefruit helps too, but don’t sweeten it. I like unsweetened grapefruit juice that I can buy pretty cheap at the grocery store. Green tea will also help.

  • Get on the correct diet in the first place and then get a session with a personal trainer to get the right exercises.
