How do i get a six pack fast?

Ive been doing sit ups and abdominal crunches and work outs for years and nothing has shown up. I have a bit of fat on the lower part of my abs and i would like to feel comfortable taking of my shirt for the pool. Ive tried a lot of different basic exercises, what exercises or things can i do to get a six pack?

    here are some good work outs for abs:

    -jack knives
    -russian twists
    -crunches..sit ups..whatever
    -back extension
    -leg lifts
    -planks [left, right, and middle]

    if you have been doing them for years, you are doing something wrong. get a workout video and follow their direction. mix your routine up. eat less and exercise.

    Six pack comes from lack of body fat. Do cardio until you have low body fat. Years of crunches can’t show through the body fat covering your tummy.

    Abdominal fat is definitely one the toughest areas to target, and there are many mis-conceptions on how to get rid of that excess belly fat.
