How do i get a six pack fast?
Ive been doing sit ups and abdominal crunches and work outs for years and nothing has shown up. I have a bit of fat on the lower part of my abs and i would like to feel comfortable taking of my shirt for the pool. Ive tried a lot of different basic exercises, what exercises or things can i do to get a six pack?

Six pack comes from lack of body fat. Do cardio until you have low body fat. Years of crunches can’t show through the body fat covering your tummy.
