I want to know what kind of specific excersises, how to diet, what cardio I should do. I’m really commited into getting my six pack. To get a 6 pack its very much the amount of body fat you have on you. Guys tend to store bodyfat around the belly more then anywhere else. To get a 6 pack you gotta get very lean. There are all kinds of crunches you can do to increase the muscle size of the abs. Look them up. Your gonna have to cut down you total calory intake in a day to get lean. Gotta burn more then you take in. Do cardio every other day for at least 30 min

Me and you relate and its good you’re committed. I am about 5’5 135lbs. First you probably don’t have much fat on your abs so just do a lot of ab work outs like crunches and situps everyday. Do cardio activities if you want to, any should work swimming, basketball, running, tennis its all good. To beef up your ab work a little more do weighted ab work outs, an ab lounge would work great for this, but if you don’t have any equipment stick the the crunches and abs. People say your diet really matters when training abs but i find that to only apply to certain people who are bigger. Just do the workouts everyday or make a schedule, set goals, and push it to the limit and you’ll have a 6 pack coming in in no time. Remember if you want a full on 6 pack you will not only have to train the middle top bottom abs but also the side of the abs.

if you have fat to lose than you should start with aerobic/cardio exercise atleast 40 mins a day like cycling, running, etc. if gaining muscle mass is your goal, follow a high high protein diet, with maybe 20-40 mins of aerobic (more than that and you’ll probably begin to actually lose muscle) and ofcourse, weight reps. there are many weight equipments in the gym that all contribute to gaining muscle but being a girl unfortunately im not too familiar with them. your body fat percentage has to be low for you to start building muscle. also don’t forget the 5-6 meals a day plan..about 300-500 calories per meal, each containg a lean protein (chicken, turkey, maybe even a protein drink which should be used when you’re running late). dont ever skip a meal, if u do your body will start eating at the muscle for energy. hope that helped!

To get six pack abs and lose stomach fat requires a careful balance between two things – Exercise and Nutrition.

You need to eat healthy to eliminate the layer of fat covering your abs and perform cardio, weightlifting and abdominal exercises.

    RUN!
A six pack depends entirely on how much body fat you have. You probably allready have great abs, but they are covered up by fat. Even a little can hide your abs from the rest of the world (particularly the female portion of it). Eat less than 1700 Calories per day and run at least every other day. Continue doing sit ups and leg-lifts, but remember that it’s not a lack of abs specific exercises that keep your abs hidden.

I’d recommend purchasing some skin fold calipers (on amazon and eBay for less than 10 bucks). These will tell you how much of your body is made of fat. To have visible abs, you need to have less than 10% body-fat. Since I don’t know exactly how much body fat you have, I can’t tell you how long it will take to get there, but a 1-2% loss per week is reasonable. Don’t measure yourself too often because it can be very dicouraging. You won’t see a change in 2 days. Once every 2 weeks is good. NOT more than once a week.

Find a good weightlifting or calisthenics rutine. You need to build muscle to help burn off the fat. With more muscle, you will burn more energy (fat) at rest than you otherwise would. This doesn’t mean you have to get huge and buff. For you I’d reccommend the calisthenics (pushups, pullups, crunches, dips, and other bodyweight exercises.) You not going to become Arnold doing these but you won’t be skin and bones.

As for dieting, start with recording every food you eat and the amount that you eat of each. (EEEEVERYTHING) You’ll begin to see how much or how unhealthily you are eating. This comes from doing weight watchers, which is a great program, but costs money. Try to eat two servings each of Protein,
Carbs (the higher the fiber content the better),
    Dairy,
Veggies (not starchy ones—Potatoes don’t count as veggies),
    Fruits, and
Fats (nuts and oils, I’d go with almonds, peanut butter, and any oil that you use to cook with that’s already in the food).
Note–Potato chips count as a carb AND a fat because they are FRIED IN OIL

Separate these foods into 5-6 meals spaced evenly throughout the day from when you first wake up (after running) until 2 hours before you go to bed. This will keep your metabolism highbut also keep you from storing food as fat in your sleep, which happens when you eat right before bed.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!! Last but not least, get a buddy. Your willpower alone isn’t enough to do everything. (Trust me I’ve tried.)

Good luck and remember that the best thing you have is confidence; a great bod is just an added bonus.
