How do I get a four pack of abs or a six pack?

How do I get like a visible four pack or a six pack, without no machinery like just my body and me? Im really gonna be hittin up the pools this summer so i need to know hwo to do it .

    you need to lower your bodyfat. do lots of cardio. you need to get rid of the fat covering your abs. then do crunches and stuff.

    Sit ups.
    Say, 20 – 30 every day.
    And it will come pretty quick :)

    Try bicycle crutches it worked for me. I know 5 minutes a day sounds like a dumb infomercial but it’s pretty much all you need if you have a busy schedule.

    Lie face up, hands behind your head, elbows out. Lift shoulder blades and left leg about 6 inches off the floor as you bring your right knee towards chest and twist torso toward right knee so elbow bearly touches it. Switch sides, lowering your right leg to 6 inches off the floor and bringing left knee in while twisting torso left for one rep.

    Make it harder; Hold a 3-6 lb. medicine ball at chest. Continue alternating in pedaling motion. Try two sets of 12 reps.
