How do I get a 6 pack?

i am 5’6" and 15 and weigh 134. I have a gut and i am very self conscious I would love to get a six pack or a flat stomach. How can i make this happen?

    The key is cardio. While you still need to work your core, alot of the process of getting a six pack is to cut down on the buildup of fat over your stomach, the way to do this is cardio.

    run run run! cardio will burn the fat on your stomach in order to be able to see the 6 pack. I’ll let you in on a little secret….everyone has a 6 pack…u just cant see it on everyone ;)

    Bc we are the same age and height but i weight about 130 and i ahve a little bulge but not realy but its little but i want my stomach to be compltley flat also but iv tried rly hard befor it takess forever so i gave upp!!!

    I dont think six packs look to good on girls. Id rather have a flat stomach than a pack. To burn belly fat you should eat alot of fiber. Green tea is supposed to be good for that kind of stuff. But make sure you exercise.

    I started getting chubby when I was around 14, so I decided to change. I did 100 sit-ups every night for months and went on bike rides and walks all the time. This really changed the way my body looked and has kept me healthy for a few years.

    Have your self a diet and do sit ups that works. A secret to doing sit ups much easier is to go to a in ground pool and put your legs on the edge and hang from your legs then do your sit ups in the water , as you get better you can start doing normal sit ups.
