how do i get 6 pack abs?
i weigh around 140 flat stomach. right now it is May and in the summer i want 6 pack abs. just show me some exercises how i could get these. and also leave like a schedule. like how many times i should do it and on what certain days.

Crunches, sit ups, all that. And there is this one called 6 inches. It really works. You lie flat on you back and lift your feet up 6 inches off the ground. And work out every other day because when you are doing that’s stuff you are tearing your muscles. So like one day work on your Abs then the next work on your legs or something like that.

i was searching the internet earlier sadly its gonna take alot of work
and theres loadz of different ways to do it aswel some helpful but a lot stupid
i read britney and usher do 1000 sit ups a day(not all at once!! 250 after breakfast blah blah blah) so im gonna try that lol
even though max i can do is 20 at the moment lol
