How do I get 6-pack abs?
I am an 18 year old male, 5′10", 134 lbs and I need to know what exercises I need to do to get 6-pack abs and when to do them? For instance, should I be doing ab exercises on a daily basis? Also how much more should I be eating?

like 20 mins 2 times a day
eat a lot of protien

idk….i would ask my brother or cuz if i was woth them cuz my bro does football and lifts a lot and my cuz does wrestling and football and baseball
eat regular meals but keep on a light diet. eat stuff like salads for awhile and try to cut down on snacks in between meals. if you cant help but eat sweets or a meal that can fill you up, try some alternatives like instead of a cookie or candy, try some yogurt. and if you want something to fill you up try picking up some of that healthy pizzas that u can heat up and don’t have all that grease and stuff like sausages and crap.
you do need to do ab exercises daily (obviously) but don’t just go to the gym or watever and do abs or you will be too sore the next day. work out your abs until you begin to feel tired and then move on to the next exercise.
do this about 30 mins a day, 7 days a week and you should be good to go.
