Alright man check it out, what you need to do is start eating better if you already don’t. Also try to eat a lot of vegetables those are the best for you, stay away from fried foods and junk foods.
You should exercise daily at least 30 minutes to an hour. Try and get a sibling to go with you or a friend. You can jog, play basketball, various sports. Just stay active, if you exercise that will lower your body fat and allow what muscle you already have to stand out better.
If you can afford a gym membership then i advise that you get one and talk to a trainer they will be more than happy to help you.
If you can’t afford one then just start off with 30 sit ups a night and 30 push ups. The sit ups will help shape your abs and add definition and muscle the push ups will make your biceps more defined along with your triceps ( girls like this trust me)
As you get used to doing this daily routine then start doing more reps, ex 50 push ups 50 sit ups.
If you have any kind of dumbbells you can do curls in sets of 3′s. 10 curls on each arm three times. Always increase the amount of reps and sets as you get stronger.
The main 3 things
1.Eat healthy look online for healthy dishes you can make
2.Run or find some way to burn off some fat and make sure you work up a sweat
3.Do your sit ups and push ups and curls, i promise you eventually your going to see results

I have bought a book on the net the last week. The best book. I am a private trainer like bodybuilder. I use this book as reference frequently.
