How do I build muscle and get a six pack?

I’m seventeen and I want to gain muscle and a six pack.I don’t have much fat only about 8%. I would like to know if I should eat meat throughout the day and what workouts should I do withou weights?
All I do is run , should I maybe cut back on the running and focus on
Getting muscle on my upper body? Please help.

    i would buy some weights or go to a gym. cuz push ups and crunches arent going to cut it…

    or well yeah it depends how much you weigh
    but well each at least 6 times a day with snacks in between
    and you are gonna have to lift some weights if you want muscle
    but you can always do diamond push ups for the triceps going all the way down
    and you can do the inclined push ups with using a chair
    and well you can also get a pull up ba
    and yeah cut down on the running a bit
    because if you dont you will burn off all the calories that you have eaten
    therefore not building muscle mass
