Short answer: YOU CAN’T!!! anything worth getting takes time and effort. you need to do plenty of sit ups and other ab working exercises.
or on the other hand, you could just run to the store and buy some beer. jk
Do alot of sit ups and if that doesn’t work hire your own personal trainer and if you don’t have money for that rent a tape on building ur abbs.
nothing you do can get you six pack fast, but you can get them with lots of practice.

You will never get a 6pak until you body fat is below 10 % for a male. Once you are below 10 % you ab muscles will pop out.
