If you want to keep your six pack it is all down to reducing the amount of body fat you have and maintaining your stomach muscles. therefore, presuming you keep yourself fit, you just need to do sit-ups fairly regularly so your muscles are still being worked.

    hope that answers your question!!

eat lots of protein for keeping muscle and don’t eat too much junk food.
i eat junk food like 3 times a week but i also exercise to keep my abs healthy so i think you should just exercise and don’t over eat.

Any form of cardio will eventaully start burning muscle, as your body seeks an energy source. Your body uses sugar in your blood first, then starts seeking fat, then eventually use muscle.

Best type of cardio is interval (sprint and then jog, then repeat). It raises your heart rate enough to burn fat, but allows recovery. Repeat perhaps 3-4 times a week, keeping it up 30mins at a time.

You should see fat disappearing, whilst easily keeping hold of your hard earned muscle.

Also make sure your eating enough protein to keep yur muscle happy.

    Good luck with your training.
