How can i get washboad abs?

Ok so im 14 and want washboard abs. Im 5,6 and weigh 130. Im not thick but not skinny. I have been working out my upper body muscles at the gym for 3 months now and have seen some major improvement. I heard that you have to eat lots of protein to get muscles but how do i do that and get a sixpack doing situps eating whatever i want?

    Intense ab workouts. It depends on your genetics too, on how easily your abs will show. It’s taken me 2 years to get decent abs and I don’t even have a 6 pack yet, but don’t even worry about it. Just keep at it and you’ll see the results as you go.
