How can I get toned abs for this summer?
I am going to be in vacation all this summer to different places. One of them is the beach. I am 5′2 and weigh 103, but I have a let my self go
. Please tell me any ways that i could get toned abs. If they are exercises, can you be very descriptive, please?. Thanx.

they are right. diet is everything. crunches and sit ups are okay, but according to researchers, will not cut it. i too am working on my abs. after some research, I found that a study was conducted to see the best ab workout. In fact, crunches were listed down the bottom of the list. the best is the Bicycle Maneuver. please go to the website I provided to see the instructions. You should see improvement in a month! http://www.seekwellness.com/fitness/fab_...

Do 100 crunches a day. (You should know what a crunch is, but if you don’t: you lie down, with your hands on the back of your head and your knees up. Then you just propel your body off the ground.) Also, run and do lots of pushups.
It’s 75% diet. Really.
You need to eat right. Eat high protein, lower carb diet with lots of vegetables.
Do a lot of cardio exercising like running, walking, jogging, biking, and do push-ups and sit ups ever single day. Lots of them.
At 5′2" and 103 if you lost 5 pounds you’d have a flat stomach.
All the crunches and sit-ups and leg lifts in the world won’t tone your abs without the right food intake and fat burning exercising.
Cut out any soda, coffee, energy drinks, alcohol, bread(if you can) and starchy foods. Eat right, but don’t EVER starve yourself. The moment you’re starving, your body is telling you that you should have eaten earlier.
5′2" and 103 is not "letting yourself go". Don’t be so concerned about your actual weight. It’s better to look good, and feel good even if you weigh whatever healthy weight.
Eat more, but less.
Eat more often, but smaller portions.
Cardio exercise will tone your abs, as will high reps and low weight exercises. You need to work out your whole body in order for your whole body to burn fat.
Spot exercises don’t do squat to make your abs show. Sit-ups and crunches will only push your stomach fat out. You’ll have great muscles under fat… with no definition.
For muscle to be defined, it all comes down to diet. See the link below… it’s great.
