How can I get six pack abs without any kind of machine?
I really want a six pack by the end of the school year. I do not know any exercises that will get me a six back. So if any of you could give me some tips, websites, ideas, or any exercises that will help me that would be great. Thanks :3
I don’t need to loose weight I just want a six pack!

This is one of the most common questions in the fitness world. Having six pack abs turns a person into much more sexy and desirable, whether that person is a man or a woman. If you want to be one of the few that do succeed, follow some tips to getting six pack abs below:
- Don’t do the same abs exercises all the time — Your abs muscles need variety in order to properly develop. You see, your muscles become accustomed if you do the same exercises over and over again. When that happens, your muscles aren’t developing as they should. Change you abs workout routines every 4 weeks.
- Maintain a healthy diet — Many people starve themselves in the hopes of losing their stubborn belly fat. This is a mistake. Going on a low calorie diet disrupts muscle development. Your abs need food in order to develop. Make sure to eat a reasonable amount of food each day. Go for lean protein (chicken, turkey, eggs), whole grain bread, healthy carbs like yams and potatoes, fruit and vegetables. A healthy diet will lower your belly fat and help you build those six pack abs at the same time.
- Do cardio and full body strength exercises — Many people neglect doing cardiovascular activity or concentrate on their abdominal muscles alone. This is a mistake. You need to be fit all over in order to lose all your excess belly fat and bring out those sexy, ripped 6 pack abs. If you want to get six pack abs fast, make sure to do at least 2 cardiovascular workout sessions and 2 full body strength sessions each week.
Many people believe that getting six pack abs takes a long time. And for some it does. I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn’t have to be this way. You can get six pack abs in a matter of weeks. It all depends on how you do things. Follow the 4 tips I laid out in this article, and you will have great results faster than you can believe.

well…abs are really hard to get actually. Pretty much just google ab workouts. You can find a ton that you won’t need a machine…the most common being a situp….and another thing you need to have abs is very little fat on you. if your stomach isnt flat your not going to see any abs….so youll need to do a lot of cardio and stuff also.
Running still helps you get a six pack. And like I said. The less FAT you HAVE, the more you can SEE your six pack. You could have a six pack right now and not know it if you got a jelly belly
you can do a variety of things, anything from standard crunches, to jogging, bicycling, excercises on an excercise ball. any combination of those will get you your desired body. however, the harder you work the faster itll come.
Hello Sierra, One of the best exercises is the ab crunch sequence. These are a super slow set of crunches where you lay on your back on with knees bent, put your hands behind head and elbows out to the sides. Then lift each vertebra off the floor one by one until you’re in the sit up position then do the same all the way back down to the begining position. Barely stop at the top and at the bottom. Keep in constant motion. This will ensure that you work each section of the abdominal musculature. Do these to fatigue making sure to breathe throughout the exercise. Follow up with 2 sets of alternating obliques where you take each elbow and go to the opposite sidewhile you are "curling up." Being careful to again lift each vertebra off the ball one by one. And, concentrate on making a smooth arc in the air with your elbow then alternate sides. No matter how far you get you will have worked both sides evenly. You can also do these on the floor with your feet ankered under a sofa.
If you’re on the thinner side, you’ll see tone more quickly because you’ll have less of the subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin) and see definition more quickly.
Best of luck to you!
Okay, here are some ab exercises. Cross crunches, situps, leg raises, side bends(for the obliques/love handles), the plank, super man. All of these can be done at home with out any equipment. You should trying doing sets of these cause that will help you get a six pack the fastest. Everyone feels a pain/burn in their stomach when doing crunches and situps. Once you feel this burn, do 5 more. So if you can do 35 crunches/situps without stopping, do that. Do that 3 times, take a 30 second break when you finish one time. Try doing each of these 3 times. It should only take near 20-30 minutes a day. I recommend doing 20 minutes in the morning or early after noon, then 10 minutes at night. Try that out, check my website out, i have tons of tips for you, other exercises, also if you want more help, my email is their, ask me any questions and i will gladly answer them for you. it will definately help you, good luck

here is a quick ab workout that requires just a place to lay down. If you do this workout every day or every other day you will have a good looking set of abs.

Screw your furniture vigorously for hours on end
The key is to eliminate the body fat in your entire body. Most people think "I have to do 1000 situps" when the answer isn’t in your abs or your stomach area. Toning every area of your body will reduce your overall body fat and show off your six pack!
Unfortunately you will have to follow a good diet/lose fat for your six pack abs to show completely.

You can start do the diet programs.
For now, maybe you can try the simple way by doing sit-up (60 times without stopping, do this 3 times, maybe you can take 45second break after do the 60times sit-up).
Don’t forget to do cardio (such as running, bicycling) for 30 mins – 1 hour per day.
Hopefully its works for you.
