how can i get six pack abs?
I had Scoliosis back surgery over a year ago. And it is very hard for me to do a crunch. Does anyone know any exercises i can do that are crunch-less

yes, but first of all, make sure you have almost no fat in your midsection, before working your abs, you should lose the belly fat, but if you don’t have belly fat, you should try standing crunches, google that exercise, it’s very effective.

The only thing I can suggest that doesn’t require a flexible back is to suck in your stomach, hold, then release.. Try holding your stomach in for every commercial on T.V. Once you get the hang of that, tighten your stomach every time someone says a certain word. Sometimes I wait until they say "The" which is very common. If you’re in the car, tighten with every post on the side of the road, or every car that goes past you. you get the idea.
I would suggest swimming because it works every muscle in the body and doesnt strain your fragile spine .
