How can i get rid of my sore muscles fast for tomorrow?
okay so ive been doing a lot of sprints and running in my camp and my quads hamstrings and calves are really sore and i dont wanna be sore for tomorrow because it limits my abilities and i need to be at my peek. thanks

run more. trust me, a long recovery run will push out all the lactic acid and relax/build muscles.
Take a warm bath. That will help loosen up and relax your muscles. It may help a little bit (:

Believe it or not…epsom salt will help! :0) Put 1/2 cup of epsom salt (can get at Walmart or any drug store) into a hot bath and soak for about 20 minutes. The sodium from the epsom salt opens the cellular channels and increases circulation.
