How can I get nice abs and lose 30 pounds?
I’m 5’6” and weigh 170…and I’m also 15
Can anyone recommend me a workout that I can stick too?
And I also want to maintain the workout too so I can keep losing some additional weight or just to be healthy..

i say you can either join a gym or get those workout dvd’s. you will need to do that 5 or 6 days a week and keep doing it dont do it one week take a week off and start again because it wont work that way. you might also want to eat heathly such as fruits, vegetables, and salmon which is fish and very heatlhy. i also recommend 200 crunches a day. good luck.
