How can I get flat abs in four weeks?

School ends in two weeks after that i only have two weeks until we leave to go to South Africa. I really really want to be able to look good in a bikini. I’m 5’6 14 and weigh 140 pounds.. I already know that i’m fat so please don’t tell me what i already know i just want to know how i can loose this weight i really really want to lose it as fast as possible. So please any exercises, diets anything also what’s the least i can weigh? thank you guys so much!

    Your not fat.

    Something like this is possible, but don’t expect to have a perfect 8 pack. You are going to have to WORK!!!

    To get abs, you will have to burn off the fat around your abdomen. You can do this by
    •swimming
    •running
    •crunches
    •certain sports
    etc.
    Diet will be CRUECLE (lol is that how u spell it) to your weight loss.
    • DONT DRINK YOUR CALORIES! Avoid all sodas juices etc
    •drink 8-10 8 ounce glasses a water a day. This will wash out your colon, flattening your stomach
    •eat 4 fruits/ 4 veggies a day.after you get into this habet, eat more
    •avoid cookies chips icecream etc
    •avoid salt
    •avoid sugar
    •eat wheat bread instead of white
    •don’t starve yourself!
    NO JUNK!
    I lost 2 pounds by just eating better.
    Now about your abs,
    do cardio!
    Also, do all kinds of sit ups.
    Look up the video on you tube "8 minute abs" and do what they do on that video but longer. Try doing about 200 sit ups per night, and within 2 weeks you’ll see a difference!
    Make sure you get plenty of sleep!and always eat a healthy breakfast. Avoid over eating by keeping busy
