How can I get define abs?
So I workout everyday doing cardio. Eliptical pretty much the whole time and burn 1000 calories. Two different types of elipticals. I drink tons of water, and I’m a bird eater. haha to put it in a strange way. I have lost about 23 pounds since october, and i am alot more tone. Though my abs are flat i don’t see any definition. There isn’t much fat on my stomach , what can I do exactly to achieve define abs in maybe a month or so? Also my butt still is wide, how can I lift it dramatically?
any workout tips woould be excellent, and also a diet plan to lose 8 more pounds.
I am 20 years old, 112-115 lbs, sometimes 110. And I am 5′3 – 5′4. I would like to be a stable 110 lbs. It alwayyss changes. So I would rather be 105 lbs. I don’t think that is unhealthy for me, only because of my body type. I have a small frame, but all my weight goes to my butt.

cardio is great but you may want to start weight training also. I’m not talking about getting huge muscles but circuit training and sit ups. plus bird eating isn’t good. small 200-400 calorie meals 5 to 6 times per day will help you burn fat by speeding up your metablism. Eat things like fruit, veggies, fish, poultry, red meats, nuts, yogurt, etc.
