How can I get big muscles and abs (yes I know they are muscles) fairly quickly and for free or thereabouts?

    Work your way up to doing 500 pushups a day, and 500 deep knee bends. Your body is your gym.
    These two exercises hit all your muscles, including your abs.

    1. Start doing push ups daily. Morning, day, and night. If not, at least every night.
    2. After push ups, do situps, crunches, and other ab workouts. EVERY DAY.

    This will get you stronger over time, but not necessarily give you big muscles. BUT a GREAT start to weightlifting and more.
