How can i get abs or a toned stomach?

I’m a girl, and i’ll be fourteen in a month and a half.
I’m an exercise freaaaaaaaak.
I go to the gym almost everyday of the week. (during summer, / 4-5 days during school cause of soccer) i’ve been going since october of 09.

I’ve done every program on the elliptical. (put the resistance up too)
I play soccer, and i have since january of this year.
Now i run on the treadmill for 22 1/2 minutes at a speed of 7.2
I then use the arm machines for a little bit, and then i go back on the treadmill for another 10 minutes at the same speed and sometimes i’ll go a little higher.

I’ve used weights before, but i’m not exactly sure what exercises i’m supposed to do to get abs.
I don’t want big six pack abs, but a nice toned stomach.
What should I eat?
What exercises, (leave pictures or videos bc i won’t understand words. ;p )

I’m about 5’2 1/2 and 120 lbs.
My legs are allll muscle. (that’s usually what I focused on)
I want to lose some flab off my stomach and get abs! :D

    Concentrate on losing/burning fat. When you lose fat you will achieve the toned look, look slimmer, leaner and overall better.     You might feel silly doing this cuz i did, but it really tones ur stomach, and u can feel it alot the next day. good luck

    Er Abs On Girl Creepy for Me But try If you want . Your Going to Want to work on your Core So do The plank for About 1 minute then rest Then repeat for as long a you can.
    Now To lose the Fat on your stomach Your going to want To buy A PLASTIC jump rope .
    And start Jumping that rope For as long as you can This works all your body and one of the best ways to lose stomach fat.
