How can I get abs in a week?
I’m a sixteen year old male. I’m bulky and have a tubby stomach. I want to get much slimmer and in the process gain only muscle abs and lose fat specifically in my inner thigh area. Please help me. I’d like to make this happen in the next week or two.

fool, 1-2 weeks to get abs is unheard of, try 4-5 months with proper exercise.
flex your abs when you poop.
cut back on your calorie intake. eat lots of protein. also start drinking creitien muscle builder. or muslce milk. do 5 sets of sit ups starting at 10,15,25,30, then max out for the fifth set. space 1-2 mins between each set to get a breather. also do various types of ab work outs.
Air brushing…..maybe.
I doubt it will happen in a week…try a month or two that’d be more realistic!
Just do the usual, sit ups, push ups. Ab toning basically…there’s also this 60 second abs which works really well! Look it up.
If you know Harry Potter or some of the Charmed Ones
If not tho, there is no way to get abs in 1 week at all. It needs a lot of work.
