i’m 17 and had the same question when i was your age. To get abs quick do crunches/sit-ups and decline crunches/decline sit-ups. If you don’t know what decline sit-ups are, you lay on an incline with your head on the bottom end and do sit-ups. Also do side crunches and leg-lifts. The KEY to doing any abdominal exercise is not using your back. Keep your neck straight and let the abs do the work. Don’t rush yourself when doing them. The slower you go, the better you can keep your form, maximizing the work done.
My personal routine is:
20 sit-ups
20 leg-lifts
20 side-to-side leg lifts (holding legs at a 45 degree angle and spreading like a wide "v")
20 scissor leg-lifts (holding legs at 45 degree angle and alternate moving them up and down)
20 left side crunches
20 right side crunches
20 decline sit-ups
20 sit-ups
I do that about 2 times a day and it keeps your abs strong and toned. its also fun to hold weights while doing the decline sit-ups but it wears out your back.
For calve stretches you can do up-downs on stairs (standing with toes on end of step and raising your heel up and down as far as you can)
as well as sitting in an extended push up position and pushing weight back onto each foot.

u cant just have it overnight
