How can I get a six pack in less than two months?

I really wanna feel good about my body and getting a six pack would really help… Is there any way that I could gain a six pack over the summer and have one before school started?

    You can get one within 5 minutes. Just stop by a liquor store, or even buy soda if you want to be cool.

    actual you can, theres this work out called p90x, ive been doing it for about a year now, and they always said 90 day results for abs, i never believed it, but i thought the workout was good so i did it, 90 days later, i had reallly nice abs, no lie!

    simply do sit ups, as many as you can stand, even if you dont get one in 2 months youll have 1 in 3 for sure. Make sure to have something holding your feet down it makes it easier on your back, put a pillow under a desk or something and insert your feet under the pillow.

    Best way to gain abs is to work out, do crunches, and eat plenty of protein and consume lots of water. The gym has a few machines/equipment you can use to target the abs effectively. My 6 pack began forming within a matter of a month. Don’t just work out the abs though, work out the entire body and you will see results faster.

    lots of swimming, LOTS OF crunches and switch it up, and quit eating foods that cause bloating like soda, grapes, fried foods, and sandwiches. lots of cardio. leg lifts. water, water and more water! eat whole grains. good luck!

    Sure you can, just work hard. I don’t know you should add details otherwise i would advice you further. Tell us if you’re skinny, fat, chubby etc.
