How can i get a six pack fast?
I use to have a six pack when i played sports but i don’t play sports anymore becasue i got hurt. I am very skinny but i just lost my pack. I want to know an easy and fast way to get a six pack for girls. I guess you ould say i have a 2 or 4 pack depending on what im doing. Tip and suggestion would be appricieated and im only 15 so i don’t have like weights or can get to a gym.

When I joined the army I was 30 lbs over weight. 9 weeks later after basic training I had a 6 pack.
90% of all exercise that is done in army basic is running, push ups and sit ups.
When you wake in the AM, roll out of bed and do 20-40-60 how ever many you can push ups then roll over and do as many sit ups as you can. Then go for a 1 mile run .. 1/2 mile away from your home and 1/2 mile back … should take you no more than 20 minutes if you jog really slow. when you get home from school do more push ups, sit ups and go for another run. If you still have energy … do the same before you go to bed.
Start out slow and push yourself … if you could only do 20 push ups in the AM today … make sure you do 25 tomorrow. The more you push yourself the more you will be able to do and the more you do the easier it will get.
stand up and crunch your belly for about 5-10 min. 5 min break and do it again for about a half an hour.
run to your local convenience store.
work out. a lot!
Each day, spend about 5 minutes doing constant crunches in the middle, to the right, and to the left.
