How Can i get a six pack fast?

Im 5 foot 1 inch and im 14 going on 15 and im staring highschool on wednesday i need to know how to get a six pack fast and efficiently
oh and i do crunches and leg lifts and leg holds or something like that every nioght and morning ive seen some progress but not much
oh yeah and i dont need it by wednesday i need it by the spring

    you cant get a six pack that fast, but you have to get rid of the layer of fat on your belly by doing cardio work. also you have to add strentgh to your workouts. Do crunches with a 15 pound weight for example

    You can only develop a six pack overtime… just keep persisting and it will come… eventually.

    There is no hard and fast rule to get six packs. Six pack is the mania, for the most of the youngesrters. Unfortunately, they seldom know the fact that everybody can not have six packs, irrespective of their high volume of physical work out.

    If your body comes under mesomorph or ectomorph I can guarantee that regular work out will give you a depictable six pack. Or otherwise, it is hard to get the so called six pack.

    If you go on doing the crunches, that will not do good for you on the ohter hand you are going to damage your lower back.

    Go for a scientifically structured work out program, you will definitely get benefited out of that.

    you will get a lot of advice and most of it will be correct. everyone’s body is different so different techniques that work for some dont for others. my best advice is protein shakes and crunches. before you can develop the muscles you have to shed as much fat as possible. protein shakes and a high protein diet help with this because protein slims you down and is the best for weight loss. if you just rush into weights and crunches you basically just strengthen the muscles UNDER the fat. pointless. shed the weight first with protein shakes and exercise while continuing to do light reps of crunches daily and you will see an amazing result of muscle developing under your lean stomach. like i said, what works for some might not for others, but protein and crunches is the simplest and most effective.

    that isn’t gonna do much for your abs. you need to suicides, an ab exercise called the "v", and the best one of all hanging leg raises. Also cut out all sweets, sodas, processed foods, and fast foods (pretty much don’t eat anything high in sugar or sodium).
