how can i get a six pack, fast?
i’m 13 and i am in really good shape–i’m a cheerleader–but i would really like to have a six pack. what exercises can i do and what types of food do i have to eat to get a six pack really fast? and don’t worry about the workout being too long or hard–i’m home all day so i have plenty of time. thank you guys!

It’s really just what people say – Sit ups! Do traditional sit-ups(chest to knees) and lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest. do that when you not very very much, like just watching tv, or reading. You’ll have then very soon. (I’m 13, and did this over summer.)
