Pretty much larry said but i find this video to be MUCH better i do it every other day
Hey bro. We are in the same boat! From what i’ve read, don’t do crunches or sit ups! They can actually make you look larger. Do exercises that get your heart rate up so it burns everything in front of that stomach! Eat healthy and we will both be getting ladies next year!!
you cant just work on one area asit has to work all your body.I do 200 sit-ups,60 side sit-ups each side the hand goes around the waist,100 crunches, run for a hour and drink alot of water,if you like a certain sport join a team. good luck :]
Check out those websites. It has many helpful tips about how to get abs and tone up your body. Hope that helps.
It’s mostly about diet. Eat lots of protein and avoid fats and sugars of any sort. That’s only if you really want one though, if you can’t be bothered to avoid fats (like me) than it will just take longer. Also, eat every two hours, and never stuff yourself, just eat enough so that you’re not hungry, but not absolutley stuffed.
Then for exercises, do different exercises for different parts instead of just doing situps and crunches because they’re rubbish. Cardio works really well to burn off any excess fat that may be covering your abs.
"abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym" so eat better, healthier. also you need cardio to burn fat that might be covering up your abs. 20-60 minutes a day. then you should do ab/core exercises every other day. look up ab ripper x on youtube or other workouts like it that already have specific exercises and reps. or if you want to make your own or look up others. go to the link below.
hmm…to get a sixpack by the end of the summer?well all you have to do mainly is run/jog about 60mins or more each day, because running flatens your stomach. And also do many sit-ups each day.I suggest a set of 8 by 8 until your are able to do more sit-ups.And eat plenty of protein-based foods.I also suggest to drink nothing but water. But if u do get tired of being a fish, then switch to something that will also quench your thrist without alot of sugar..like gatorade!..hope I helped in a way.
