How can I get a six pack and is it safe?
Im 13 years old, weigh 105 pounds and are 5’5. First of all i know that people my age should not try to lift weights because it can affect your growth but is it ok to try and get a six pack? And also, what are some ways I can do this and how long will it take?

i am also 13
and i got a really amazing bod
with doing these simple things to improve your diet
-week one-cute off fatty foods and replace with things like carrots NO LETTUS-and tomatoes
well any other vegggie
NO POTATOES AND NO LETTUS!
-do 60 sit ups before you go to bed
-do 34 situps when you wake up
this should take about a couple weeks to get rid of fat then another week to get a pack
just in time for swim suit season =]
